With thousands of miles separating them, will Fin and Marisol be able to keep their relationship alive? Or will the distance finally come between them?

*This is a novella of 20K words and the fifth in a series of novellas. They will release on the third Thursday of every month. The total number of episodes isn't final, but it will be from 12-14, which is two novel's worth of content. Due to adult content, this is not appropriate for anyone under the age of 17*

As much as I’ve been enjoying the Deep Surrendering series, I’ve been waiting for the one episode which shakes things up a bit and brings us a fresh twist or two. Deep Surrendering (Episode 5) brought me much closer to that wish, with the distance between Fin and Marisol adding a new edge to the plot and an interesting turn in events.

Where the previous novellas have focused a lot on the physical connection between Marisol and Fin, and this episode is not lacking in some hot writing either, we get to see a more emotional connection developing between them in this episode. I loved seeing a different side to Fin as he came across a little more insecure than full of himself. Though how long that will last remains to be seen…

Episode 5 felt a bit unpredictable compared to the last couple of novellas and I liked that I didn’t really know what to expect and felt unprepared for the twists. The ending I can’t mention but I loved it! It was the kind of thing I’d been waiting for and I only hope it’s developed more and not easily forgotten as the series continues. Deep Surrendering needed livening up a little and I’m hoping this is where it all begins.
